A Place In This World

Walking down the road alone is lonely and eventually, even the strongest walker gets tired, lost, or is affected by the elements.

Customers don’t know what they want, so don’t ask them.'Cause they're still trying to figure it out. Businesses don't know what's down this road, so they're just walking. We are all trying to see through the rain coming down, and I know I'm not the only one who feels the way I do. But I seem to be one of the few wearing my heart on my sleeve and discussing it. How do businesses find a place in this world? That is the question of the day. How do we continue to strive when everything we have known is no longer the way it used to be? We adapt.

Do not get comfortable in the view that you have your customer's heart through and through. Like today's market, loyalty can be fickle. At the end of the day. Business exists to make a profit and the dollar amount brought in is directly attributed to what, who, and how you put your product out!
