All Too Well

TaskSuite walked through the door to our potential customer. The air was cold, but something about it felt like home somehow, and we left our CRM there, and they still have it, and it is running smoothly. It's nice to see what started with a cold hard stare has changed to a wide-eyed gaze and our customer's sweet disposition.

It's impressive how transforming their retail business with a cloud-based omnichannel commerce platform has revenue channels raining down profit like Autumn leaves falling into place. And how they can finally picture success after all those days of using a system that did not meet their needs. They wonder how they survived the disconnected, standalone systems of the past, as they reflect on the pain all too well.

Now their doubt is long gone, and the magic is finally there. Together we are driving business again on those little town streets almost running red because they look over at us with complete glee. Our customer finally has the wind in their hair, speeding up business, and it's rolling in the profits.

No more talking about the past, that they remember all too well. The future is TaskSuite as we are there, any device, any place, in the middle of the night, delivering across the web, mobile, in-store, and call-center channels allowing them to focus on their customers deliver a seamless, unified shopping experience.

Nothing was lost in translation. We did not ask for too much. Together, we painted a masterpiece with a holistic view of the business, customer, back office, and order management. And now our customer branded TaskSuite their own. Their end-to-end solution is modern, customer-centric, engaged, and omnichannel ready that combines eCommerce, POS, and order management with back-office systems that allow customer transaction and communication on every channel touchpoints building customer loyalty and driving growth. Success is now the reality TaskSuite customers know all too well!
